CHAP. 1999.— An Act For the relief of the estate of Mary P. Gilmore. April 28, 1904.[[H. R. 6921](/us/bill/58/hr/6921).][[Private, No. 1735](/us/pvtl/58/1735).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary P. Gilmore.Duplicate bond issued to administrators of. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered, and directed to issue a duplicate of a registered bond of the United States, four 1683per centum, issued under the Acts of July fourteenth, eighteen hundred and seventy, and January twentieth, eighteen hundred and seventy-one, numbered fifty-two thousand three hundred and fifty-seven, for one thousand dollars, and inscribed in the name of Mary P.
Gilmore, now deceased, to Walter S. Glidden and William T. Hall, junior, administrators de bonis non of the estate of said Mary P. Gilmore, upon the said administrators filing a bond in the Treasury, with Indemnity bond.sufficient sureties, in such sum as maybe determined necessary by the Secretary of the Treasury, and to be approved by him, conditioned to save harmless and indemnify the United States against all legal claims and demands which may be made under said original bond or reissue.
Sec. 2. That this Act shall take effect when approved. Approved, April 28, 1904.
