CHAP. 1997.— An Act For the relief of the Columbia Brewing Company, of Shenandoah, Pennsylvania. April 28, 1904.[[H. R. 3393](/us/bill/58/hr/3393).][[Private, No. 1733](/us/pvtl/58/1733).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Columbia Brewing Company.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to adjust and settle the claim of the Columbia Brewing Company, of Shenandoah, Pennsylvania, for the sum of four hundred and sixteen dollars and twenty-five cents, being the amount paid by that company and covered into the Treasury of the United States for beer stamps ordered by the said company but never received by it, by payment of said sum of four hundred and sixteen dollars and twenty-five cents, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
