CHAP. 1994.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Jesse W. McGahan. April 28, 1904.[[S. 5372](/us/bill/58/s/5372).][[Private, No. 1730](/us/pvtl/58/1730).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Conqress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Jesse W. McGahan.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jesse W.
McGahan, late of Company G, One hundred and seventy-first Regiment Ohio National Guard Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 28, 1904.
