CHAP. 1992.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Peter Baker. April 28, 1904.[[S. 5289](/us/bill/58/s/5289).][[Private, No. 1728](/us/pvtl/58/1728).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Peter Baker.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Peter Baker, late of Company F, Twentieth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 28, 1904.
