CHAP. 1967.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Rose MacFarlane. April 28, 1904.[[S. 4340](/us/bill/58/s/4340).][[Private, No. 1703](/us/pvtl/58/1703).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Rose MacFarlane.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rose MacFarlane, widow of James MacFarlane, late captain Company E, One hundred and seventy-seventh Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
