CHAP. 1959.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Benjamin F. Bollinger, alias Benjamin Bell. April 28, 1904.[[S. 3915](/us/bill/58/s/3915).][[Private, No. 1695](/us/pvtl/58/1695).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Benjamin F. Bolliner, alias Benjamin ell.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the plension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension ws, the name of Benjamin F.
Bollinger, alias Benjamin Bell, late of Company L, Tenth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 28, 1904.
