CHAP. 1955.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Ellen M. O'Connor. April 28, 1904.[[S. 3605](/us/bill/58/s/3605).][[Private, No. 1691](/us/pvtl/58/1691).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ellen M. O’Connor.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1673laws, the name of Ellen M.
O’Connor, widow of Patrick E. O’Connor, late’second lieutenant Company I Eighty-eighth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 28, 1904.
