CHAP. 1946.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Raynor H. Newton. April 28, 1904.[[S. 3119](/us/bill/58/s/3119).][[Private, No. 1682](/us/pvtl/58/1682).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Raynor H. NewtonPension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1671laws, the name of Raynor H.
Newton, late of Company H, Fifth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 28, 1904.
