CHAP. 1940.— An Act Granting a pension to Clarissa Ann Lapoint. April 28, 1904.[[S. 2396](/us/bill/58/s/2396).][[Private, No. 1676](/us/pvtl/58/1676).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theClarissa Ann Lapoint.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Clarissa Ann Lapoint, widow of Battice Lapoint, late of Captain Knowlton’s company, Wisconsin Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 28, 1904.
