CHAP. 190.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary Von Kusserow. February 26, 1904.[[S. 980](/us/bill/58/s/980).][[Private, No. 158](/us/pvtl/58/158).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary Von Kusserow.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Von Kusserow, widow of Charles Von Kusserow, late Captain Company D, Thirty-second New York Independent Battery, and lieutenant-colonel Second Regiment United States Veteran Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
