CHAP. 1891.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Henry Clay Hall. April 28, 1904.[[H. R. 13543](/us/bill/58/hr/13543).][[Private, No. 1627](/us/pvtl/58/1627).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Henry Clay Hall.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henry Clay Hall, late of Company M, First Regiment New York Volunteer Mounted Rifles, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
