CHAP. 189.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Jennet Thoits. February 26, 1904.[[S. 962](/us/bill/58/s/962).][[Private, No. 157](/us/pvtl/58/157).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Jennet Thoits.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jennet Thoits, widow of Oren Thoits, late of Company I, Thirtieth Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she 1s now receiving.
