CHAP. 1882.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Benjamin L. Commons. April 28, 1904.[[H. R. 13363](/us/bill/58/hr/13363).][[Private, No. 1618](/us/pvtl/58/1618).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Benjamin L. Com mons.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Benjamin L.
Commons, late of Company G, First Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 28, 1904.
