CHAP. 1881.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Jeremiah Gill. April 28, 1904.[[H. R. 13345](/us/bill/58/hr/13345).][[Private, No. 1617](/us/pvtl/58/1617).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Jeremiah Gill.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jeremiah Gill, late of Captain Johnson’s company, Colonel Bailey’s Regiment, Florida Mounted Volunteers, Seminole Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
