CHAP. 1868.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Josiah Wood. April 28, 1904.[[H. R. 12323](/us/bill/58/hr/12323).][[Private, No. 1604](/us/pvtl/58/1604).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJosiah Wood.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Josiah Wood, late of Company E, Second Regiment Minnesota Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 28, 1904.
