CHAP. 1830.— An Act To ratify and confirm the present right of way of the Oahu Railway and Land Company through the military reservation of Kahauiki, Territory of Hawaii. April 28, 1904.[[H. R. 14500](/us/bill/33/hr/14500).][[Public, No. 262](/us/pl/33/262).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the deeds from theHawaii.Right of way through Kahauiki reservation confirmed to Oahu Railway and Land Company. authorities of Hawaii, dated the twenty-ninth day of April, nineteen hundred and three, and the fourth day of February, eighteen hundred and ninety-nine respectively, to the Oahu Railway and Land Company, conveying a right of way forty feet wide for a railway of said company through the military reservation of Kahauiki. district of Kona, Oahu.
