CHAP. 1801.— An Act To reimburse the Illinois Central Railroad Company for damage to Union Depot at Louisville, Kentucky, by blasting in the Ohio River. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 11664](/us/bill/58/hr/11664).][[Private, No. 1563](/us/pvtl/58/1563).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Illinois Central Railroad Company.Payment to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the Illinois Central Railroad Company, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of sixty dollars and eighty-two cents for reimbursement of damages to the roof of the Union Depot and train shed at Seventh and River streets, Louisville, Kentucky, by blasting operations conducted by the Government in connection with the improvement of the Ohio River.
