CHAP. 1799.— An Act For the relief of James S. Harber. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 3916](/us/bill/58/hr/7515).][[Private, No. 1561](/us/pvtl/58/1561).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That James S. Harber, late a member of Company D, Sixteenth Iowa Infantry Volunteers, be held James S. Harber.Granted honorable discharge.and considered to have been honorably discharged, and that the Secretary of War is hereby authorized to carry this Act into effect by issuing to said James S.
Harber an honorable discharge from Company D, Sixteenth Iowa Infantry Volunteers, as of date of March fifth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or other *Proviso.*No pay, etc.emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, March 3, 1905.
