CHAP. 1798.— An Act To grant honorable discharge to William A. Treadwell. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 3535](/us/bill/58/hr/3535).][[Private, No. 1560](/us/pvtl/58/1560).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, William A. Treadwell.Honorable discharge granted. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue to William A. Treadwell, late captain of Company G, Fourteenth Regiment New York Heavy Artillery Volunteers, an honorable discharge, to date 2071from December fourteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided,* *Proviso.*No pay, etc.That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
