CHAP. 1794.— An Act Granting a pension to Martha A. Tompkins. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 18562](/us/bill/58/hr/18562).][[Private, No. 1556](/us/pvtl/58/1556).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Martha A. Tompkins.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martha A.
Tompkins, widow of George W. Tompkins, late of Company E, Twenty-seventh Regiment Missouri Volunteer Mounted Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, and two dollars per month on account of each of the two minor children of said George W. Tompkins until they shall reach the age of sixteen years. Approved, March 3, 1905.
