CHAP. 1791.— An Act Granting a pension to Baron Proctor. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 18806](/us/bill/58/hr/18806).][[Private, No. 1553](/us/pvtl/58/1553).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Baron Proctor.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Baron Proctor, late acting assistant paymaster, United States gunboat Cincinnati, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1905.
