CHAP. 1787.— An Act To provide for the care and support of insane persons in the Indian Territory. April 28, 1904.[[S. 5408](/us/bill/33/s/5408).][[Public, No. 219](/us/pl/33/219).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theIndian Territory.Care and support of insane persons in. Interior is hereby authorized to make proper arrangements for the care and support of insane persons in the Indian Territory, and forAppropriation. that purpose the sum of twenty five thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated: *Provided, however,* That*Proviso.*Asylum at Canton, S.
