CHAP. 1769.— An Act Granting a pension to Myrtle Cole. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 18432](/us/bill/58/hr/18432).][[Private, No. 1531](/us/pvtl/58/1531).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Myrtle Cole.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Myrtle Cole, helpless and dependent daughter of Thomas Cole, late of Company C, First Regiment New York Veteran Volunteer Cavalry, and Company K, Second Regiment New York Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
