CHAP. 1761.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary Casey. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 18370](/us/bill/58/hr/18370).][[Private, No. 1523](/us/pvtl/58/1523).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary Casey.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Casey, widow of Martin Casey, late of Company K, Seventeenth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and Company A, Fifteenth Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
