CHAP. 176.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Clarinda A. Spear. January 24, 1905.[[S. 2518](/us/bill/58/s/2518).][[Private, No. 151](/us/pvtl/58/151).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theClarinda A. Spear.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Clarinda A.
Spear, widow of Otis G. Spear, late of Company B, Fourth Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and acting master’s mate, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, January 24, 1905.
