CHAP. 1757.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John Ogden. April 27, 1904.[[H. R. 9257](/us/bill/58/hr/9257).][[Private, No. 1568](/us/pvtl/58/1568).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJohn Ogden.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Ogden, late first lieutenant Company M, First Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
