CHAP. 1753.— An Act Granting a pension to Henderson Evins. April 27, 1904.[[H. R. 14518](/us/bill/58/hr/14518).][[Private, No. 1564](/us/pvtl/58/1564).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Henderson Evins.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henderson Evins, late of Company D, Second Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of six dollars per month. Approved, April 27, 1904.
