CHAP. 1753.— An Act Correcting the military record of George H. Pidge, of North Loup, Nebraska. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 18317](/us/bill/58/hr/18317).][[Private, No. 1515](/us/pvtl/58/1515).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, George H. Pidge.Military record corrected. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to amend the records in his office so as to remove the charge of absence without leave against George H.
Pidge, first lieutenant of Company H, Ninth Regiment of New York Heavy Artillery, and grant him an honorable discharge in lieu of the dishonorable discharge heretofore granted to said George H. Pidge, said discharge to date from the muster out of the United States service of the said Ninth New York Heavy Artillery. Approved, March 3, 1905.
