CHAP. 1744.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Nancy Ann Smith. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 18181](/us/bill/58/hr/18181).][[Private, No. 1506](/us/pvtl/58/1506).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Nancy Ann Smith.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Nancy Ann Smith, widow of Alexander H.
Smith, late of Captain McClelland’s company, Second Regiment Tennessee Mounted Volunteer Infantry, Cherokee Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, March 3, 1905.
