CHAP. 1736.— An Act Granting a pension to Cader B. Brent. April 27, 1904.[[H. R. 13494](/us/bill/58/hr/13494).][[Private, No. 1547](/us/pvtl/58/1547).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of Cader B. Brent.Pension.the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1641 laws, the name of Cader B. Brent, late of Captain Highsmith’s company, Texas mounted volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 27, 1904.
