CHAP. 1730.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Philip Chace. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 18083](/us/bill/58/hr/18083).][[Private, No. 1492](/us/pvtl/58/1492).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Philip Chace.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Philip Chace, late of Company A, Seventh Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
