CHAP. 173.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Carolina Apfel. January 24, 1905.[[S. 2339](/us/bill/58/s/2339).][[Private, No. 148](/us/pvtl/58/148).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theCarolina Apfel.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations, of the pension laws, the name of Carolina Apfel, widow of William Apfel, late of Company H, One hundred and eighty-third Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
