CHAP. 1728.— An Act Granting a pension to Julius H. Rogge. April 27, 1904.[[H. R. 13178](/us/bill/58/hr/13178).][[Private, No. 1539](/us/pvtl/58/1539).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJulius H. Rogge.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Julius H. Rogge, late of Captain Voerster’s Independent Company Sappers and Miners, Missouri Home Guards, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 27, 1904.
