CHAP. 172.— An Act Granting a pension to Benjamin F. Hall. January 24, 1905.[[S. 2333](/us/bill/58/s/2333).][[Private, No. 147](/us/pvtl/58/147).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theBenjamin F. Hall.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Benjamin F. Hall, late first-class pilot United States steamer Victory, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, January 24, 1905.
