CHAP. 1718.— An Act Granting a pension to Chauncey B. Jones. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 17962](/us/bill/58/hr/17962).][[Private, No. 1480](/us/pvtl/58/1480).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Chauncey B. Jones.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 2053laws, the name of Chauncey B. Jones, late of Company A, One hundred and twenty-fourth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1905.
