CHAP. 1716.— An Act Granting a pension to Ellen Cain. April 27, 1904.[[H. R. 12400](/us/bill/58/hr/12400).][[Private, No. 1527](/us/pvtl/58/1527).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitation's of the pension laws, the name of Ellen Cain, widow of Cornelius Cain, late of Company M, Fourth Regiment United States Artillery, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.
