CHAP. 1714.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Malinda Peak. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 17832](/us/bill/58/hr/17832).][[Private, No. 1476](/us/pvtl/58/1476).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Malinda Peak.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Malinda Peak, widow of Luke Peak, late major Second Regiment Tennessee Volunteers, Cherokee Indian disturbances, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
