CHAP. 1711.— An Act Granting a pension to Emma C. Dougal. April 27, 1904.[[H. R. 11989](/us/bill/58/hr/11989).][[Private, No. 1522](/us/pvtl/58/1522).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theEmma C. Dougal.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emma C.
Dougal, widow of Charles H. Dougal, late medical cadet, United States Army, and captain Company E, Twenty-eighth Regiment Pennsylvania Emergency Militia Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 27, 1904.
