CHAP. 171.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to William Dar. January 24, 1905.[[S. 2310](/us/bill/58/s/2310).][[Private, No. 146](/us/plvt/58/146).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theWilliam Dar.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Dar, late of Company I, Ninth Regiment Maryland Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, January 24, 1905.
