CHAP. 1709.— An Act Granting a pension to Hugh Mooney. April 27, 1904.[[H. R. 11776](/us/bill/58/hr/11776).][[Private, No. 1520](/us/pvtl/58/1520).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Hugh Mooney.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1635 laws, the name of Hugh Mooney, late first lieutenant Company I, One hundred and fifty-fifth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars and fifty cents per month, the same to be paid to him under the rules of the Pension Bureau as to mode and times of payment without any deduction or rebate on account of former alleged overpayments or erroneous payments of pension.
