CHAP. 1702.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Silas T. Overstreet. April 27, 1904.[[H. R. 11308](/us/bill/58/hr/11308).][[Private, No. 1513](/us/pvtl/58/1513).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theSilas T. Overstreet.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Silas T.
Overstreet, late first lieutenant Captain Isaac J. Carter’s independent company of Florida Mounted Volunteers, Seminole Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 27, 1904.
