CHAP. 1700.— An Act Granting a pension to James H. Thomas. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 17632](/us/bill/58/hr/17632).][[Private, No. 1462](/us/pvtl/58/1462).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James H. Thomas.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 2049laws, the name of James H.
Thomas, late of Captain William B. Hooker’s company, Florida Mounted Volunteers, and Captain Lesley’s company of Florida Mounted Volunteers, Seminole Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1905.
