CHAP. 17.— An Act Granting a pension to Burnetta B. Lehmann. December 19, 1904.[[S. 5484](/us/bill/58/s/5484).][[Private, No. 17](/us/pvtl/58/17).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Burnetta B. Lehmann.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1723laws, the name of Burnetta B.
Lehmann, widow of Frederick A. Lehmann, late of Company C, Third Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of said Frederick A. Lehmann until it reaches the age of sixteen years. Approved, December 19, 1904.
