CHAP. 1696.— An Act Granting a pension to Delila Dyer. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 17616](/us/bill/58/hr/17616).][[Private, No. 1458](/us/pvtl/58/1458).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Delila Dyer.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Delila Dyer, dependent mother of Frank Dyer, late of Company F, Fourth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1905.
