CHAP. 1693.— An Act Granting a pension to Anna E. Harman. April 27, 1904.[[H. R. 10288](/us/bill/58/hr/10288).][[Private, No. 1504](/us/pvtl/58/1504).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theAnna E. Harman.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Anna E. Harman, widow of James H. Harman, late of Company I, Third Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 27, 1904.
