CHAP. 1692.— An Act Granting a pension to Ellen M. Malloy. April 27, 1904.[[H. R. 10286](/us/bill/58/hr/10286).][[Private, No. 1503](/us/pvtl/58/1503).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theEllen M. Malloy.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ellen M. Malloy, widow of William Malloy, late of Company A, Seventh Regiment Delaware Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 27, 1904.
