CHAP. 1691.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary F. Kenaday. April 27, 1904.[[H. R. 10270](/us/bill/58/hr/10270).][[Private, No. 1502](/us/pvtl/58/1502).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Mary F. Kenaday.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1631 laws, the name of Mary F. Kenaday, widow of Elias J. Kenaday, late of Captain Morgan’s company, Iowa Mounted Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 27, 1904.
