CHAP. 1676.— An Act For the relief of Captain Frank D. Ely. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 17175](/us/bill/58/hr/17175).][[Private, No. 1438](/us/pvtl/58/1438).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Frank D. Ely.Relief of.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to relieve Frank D. Ely, captain, Twenty-ninth Infantry, United States Army, from accountability for the sum of five hundred and twenty-six dollars and thirty-three cents, pertaining to the appropriation for subsistence of the Army for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and three. Approved, March 3, 1905.
