CHAP. 1673.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Edward Donnelly. March 3, 1905.[[H. R. 17130](/us/bill/58/hr/17130).][[Private, No. 1435](/us/pvtl/58/1435).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Edward Donnelly.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 2043laws, the name of Edward Donnelly, late of Company F, Fifth Regiment New York Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
