CHAP. 1666.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elijah Rearick. April 27, 1904.[[H. R. 8480](/us/bill/58/hr/80).][[Private, No. 1477](/us/pvtl/58/1477).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theElijah Rearick.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elijah Rearick, late of Company B, Fifty-first Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 27, 1904.
